Gulf Coast Fish For the freshest fish fillets, look no further than Riviera Reds Seafood! We ship local, fresh fish caught in the Gulf of Mexico and the bays of South Texas. Our two pound packages are approximate, as not all fish fillets weigh an exact one or two pounds. Our fillets are shipped fully frozen in a styrofoam-lined box and packed with dry ice. If you require a certain number of fillets per package, simply note your request at checkout.
